Other: The Blizzard jerseys have a lot of variation. I'm not confident I have the years identified accurately. This McLenaghen jersey is missing the drop shadow on the numbers. I don't know if they had both styles with and without drop shadow. It is more likely that the '79 style had the shadow and the '80 didn't. |

Other: The 1979-80 jerseys also have logo variations. Some logos have a Canadian Maple Leaf below the Blizzard. Some don't. See the pictures to the left to compare. My instinct is that the '79 jersey is missing the Maple Leaf and has a drop shadow on the numbers that are probably sewn on. The '80 has the Maple Leaf and no drop shadow that are screened on. |
